Totally plc (AIM: TLY) announces that it has been notified that Wendy Lawrence, CEO of the Company, acquired 4,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today at an average price of 44.92 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mrs Lawrence is beneficially interested in 60,666 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.10 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
