Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, announces that at the Compay's annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. All resolutions were passed on a show of hands. The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below.
