Director/PDMR shareholding
Totally plc (AIM: TLY) announces that it has been notified that Bob Holt, Chairman of the Company, acquired 4,580 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr Holt is beneficially interested in 1,018,447 Ordinary Shares which represents 1.70 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
As announced on 16 June 2016, the Company is conscious that many shareholders hold 50 ordinary shares or less and that the transaction costs of a normal market sale at the current mid-market price would be economically unviable for such a shareholder. Accordingly, the Chairman, Bob Holt, is willing to acquire the ordinary shares held by any existing shareholder where their holding amounts to 50 ordinary shares or less.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
