Under the terms of the joint venture agreement, Totally Communications, a whollyowned subsidiary of Totally Plc, will provide its proprietary online privateproperty classified software and customer relationship management software tothe Express, Daily Star and OK! websites, and N&S will promote the new serviceacross its websites and print publications. The revenues generated by the joint venture will be shared and derived fromconsumers posting classified ads onto N&S websites. The typical cost of aclassified post will be between £10 and £20.
