17 October 2007 Totally Plc ("Totally" or "the Company") Joint venture agreement with Haymarket signed

Totally Plc (ticker `TLY'), the AIM quoted international publisher and internet services provider, announces that Totally Communications Limited ("Totally Communications"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Haymarket Brand Media ("Haymarket"), publishers of, amongst others, MediaWeek, Marketing, BrandRepublic.com, Campaign, PR Week and Eye Magazine which target the media community which is estimated to be in excess of 1 million.

Under the terms of the joint venture agreement, Totally Communications will provide its proprietary online dating software and customer relationship management software to Haymarket, who will promote this new service across its websites and within its print publications.

The revenues generated by the joint venture will be shared and derived from consumers posting and paying for dating subscriptions on the Haymarket websites. The typical cost of a dating subscription will be ‚£9.99 per month.
