Blocklisting application
The Innovation Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UKLA for the blocklisting of 12,000,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Performance Share Plan, the Recruitment Plan and the Retention Plan.
On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 3 December 2013.
