Crimson Tide PLC25 April 2008 Crimson Tide Plc (the "Company") Result of General Meeting 25 April 2008 Crimson Tide Plc is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of theCompany held today, all resolutions were passed. The resolutions were asfollows: 1. an ordinary resolution to increase the authorised share capital of theCompany from £7,000,000 to £10,000,000; 2. subject to the passing of resolution 1, an ordinary resolution to authorisethe Directors to allot relevant securities (as defined in section 80 of the Act)up to a maximum amount of £2,000,000; and 3. a special resolution to allow the Directors, subject to the limits set out inthat resolution, to issue shares for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis, includinga specific authority to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of£2,000,000. As a result, the Placing Shares detailed in the announcement dated 23 April2008, will be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 April 2008. Following Admission, the Company will have 315,765,953 Ordinary Shares in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
