COHEN & CO PLC ("A Cohen" or the "Company") DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT The Board announces that they have negotiated the sale of their investment of24.5% in ROO Media Europe Ltd ("RME") to ROO Group Inc ("ROOG") for a cashconsideration of £50,000 prior to costs. RME is a supplier of internet andbroadband media, and is a subsidiary of ROOG, a company listed on NASDAQ. ACohen has not derived any income or revenue from RME and it has written downthis investment in its books to nil. The proceeds of the disposal will be used for general working capital purposes.
