Crimson Tide PLC01 May 2008 Crimson Tide Plc ("Crimson Tide" or the "Company") Issue of Equity 1 May 2008 On 8 December 2006, the Company announced that it had completed the acquisitionof Intelligent Data Limited ("Intelligent Data"), a company providing mobiledata solutions and other software solutions, which was funded by the issue of 4million ordinary shares and £120,000 from a new loan facility with HSBC. At this time it was agreed that additional new ordinary shares of Crimson Tidewith a market value of £60,000 would be issued to the vendors on 30 April 2008provided that Intelligent Data's sales for the year ending 31 December 2007exceeded €1,000,000, the shares to be issued at the average closing mid-marketprice for the 5 business days prior to 30 April 2008 (being 1.875p per share). Crimson Tide is pleased to announce that this sales target has been met and as aresult application has today been made for the admission of 3,200,000 newordinary shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to occur on 8 May2008. Following the issue of these ordinary shares, the Company will have 318,965,953ordinary shares in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
