The Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")to approve the acquisition and the change of name to Crimson Tide plc ("CrimsonTide") will take place on 21 August 2006. Assuming the acquisition is approvedby shareholders, it will offer a fresh start for A. Cohen and its shareholders. Crimson Tide offers remote e-mail, CRM and mobile field sales and servicesolutions on a subscription basis using handheld computers and smartphones tobusinesses across the UK. The market for mobile e-mail access is expandingrapidly with Palm forecasting a 10-fold increase in worldwide mobile e-mailusers by 2008 and Microsoft believe mobility is set to grow by over 30 percentper annum to 2007.
