Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow
The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR), wish to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 76,398,285 Thor CDIs will be released from voluntary escrow on 27 April 2016.
