POSTING OF SUPPLEMENTARY OFFER DOCUMENT

The directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or "the Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) announce that further to the announcement made on 18 March 2013 regarding the open offer ("Offer") to all eligible security holders to subscribe for new shares or CDIs in the Company, a Supplementary Offer Document will also be posted to eligible security holders on 26 March 2013.

Supplementary Offer Document

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Supplementary Offer Document is dated 26 March 2013 and is supplementary to the

open offer document dated 18 March 2013 issued by Thor Mining PLC (incorporated in England and Wales with Registered Number 05276414) (ARBN 121 117 673) (Company) (Offer Document).

This Supplementary Offer Document was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as a supplementary prospectus for the purposes of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 on 26 March 2013. ASIC does not take any responsibility for the contents of this Supplementary Document.

This Supplementary Offer Document must be read together with the Offer Document. If there is a conflict between the Offer Document and this Supplementary Offer Document, this Supplementary Offer Document will prevail. Terms and abbreviations defined in the Offer Document have the same meaning in this Supplementary Offer Document.

This Supplementary Offer Document will be sent to Eligible Security Holders at the same time as the Offer Document.

AMENDMENTS TO OFFER DOCUMENT

The number of Shares in which Director, Trevor Ireland, has a beneficial interest has been erroneously overstated in the Offer Document by 500,000 Shares, equating to 0.05% of the issued capital of the Company as at the date of this document. The Offer Document is amended by this Supplementary Offer Document to correct that error by varying the following sections of the Offer Document:

(a) In the fourth paragraph of the section of the Chairman's letter headed "Introduction" and in the first paragraph of the section of the Chairman's letter headed "Recommendation", the number "78,329,717" is replaced with the number "77,829,717" and the reference to "8.66 per cent" is replaced with "8.61 per cent".

(b) The table in Section 5.1.1 of Part 6 of the Offer Document is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following:

Directors' Authorisation

This Supplementary Offer Document is issued by the Company and its issue has been authorised by a resolution of the Directors. In accordance with Section 720 of the Corporations Act, each Director has consented to the lodgement of this Supplementary Offer Document with ASIC.
