ASX Trading Halt

The Directors of Thor Energy plc ("Thor") (AIM, ASX: THR, OTCQB: THORF) advise that trading in the shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from Monday, 15 September 2025, pending the release of an announcement regarding the potential disposal of a project ("the Announcement").

The ASX trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing the Announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 17 September 2025.

Trading of the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange remains unaffected.
