The remaining one third of the forfeitable awards related to the March 2023 award will vest in March 2026, subject to the employment conditions being met. The remaining two thirds of the forfeitable awards related to the March 2024 award will vest in two equal tranches in March 2026 and March 2027, subject to the employment conditions being met. The remaining ordinary shares underlying the unvested forfeitable awards will be held in Treasury until such time that the shares vest under the rules of the 2021 Thungela Share Plan.
Clearance to deal in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements was obtained.
