Director's Dealings
FW Thorpe announces that on the 18th March 2011 its director, Dr. David Dimeloe sold 2,341 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Disposal") at a price of 730 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Disposal, Dr. Dimeloe and persons connected with him remain interested in 24,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20 per cent of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
This calculation is based on 11,723,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
