Director Declaration
Further to the Company's announcement on 24 July 2023 regarding Amy Yip's appointment as an Independent Non-executive Director and APAC Workforce Engagement Director of TP ICAP with effect from 1 September 2023, the Company advises that Amy has been appointed as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee, and Remuneration Committee with effect from today.
As also announced on 24 July 2023, Edmund Ng will stand down as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 October 2023. This includes his roles as APAC Workforce Engagement Director and as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Nominations & Governance Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
The memberships of the Company's Board Committees remain otherwise unchanged.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rules 9.6.11R. The Company confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14R and 9.6.13R.
