Director Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Stuart Staley is to be appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company and Americas Workforce Engagement Director. Stuart will also become a member of the Company's Remuneration, Risk and Nominations & Governance Committees. Stuart will assume the positions with effect from 1 June 2025. 

Stuart's most recent executive role was as Global Head of Foreign Exchange for Citigroup, based in New York. He was previously Head of APAC Markets & Securities Services at Citi, having joined Citi in May 2004 to help lead the build out of Citi's client facing commodities business.

Prior to becoming Head of APAC Markets & Securities Services, Stuart was Managing Director and Global Head of Citi's Commodities Group, based in London. Previously, he served as Deputy Co-Head of the global business - based in the Americas - from July 2008, and before that was Head of Citi's North American commodities business in Houston. Before joining Citi, Stuart spent two years with AEP Energy Services Ltd. in London where he served as CEO and was responsible for the company's European generation, trading, and marketing businesses.

Commenting on Stuart's appointment, Richard Berliand, Chair of TP ICAP Group plc, said:

"We are very pleased to welcome Stuart to the Board of the Company. He brings substantial experience from his executive career and directorship roles, and will be a great addition to our Board".

The Company also announces that Michael Heaney, Independent Non-Executive Director, will stand down as a Director of TP ICAP Group plc with effect from 31 October 2025. Commenting on Michael's future departure, Richard Berliand, Chair of TP ICAP Group plc, said:

"The Company would like to thank Michael for his contribution to the Board. The insights, challenge, and advice that he has been able to bring to the debate during his tenure are much appreciated".

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rules 9.6.11R and 9.6.13R.
