EBT Share Purchase

Further to its announcement of 10 May 2024, TBC Bank Group PLC (the "Company") has been notified that Apex Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of its Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), has on 14 June 2024 purchased 50,412 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2370.9168 pence per Ordinary Share.

These Ordinary Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy the awards of share options granted to employees of the Company. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Company's employees, including the Directors of the Company.
