Replacement - BOARD APPOINTMENTS
The Company is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting held yesterday all the resolutions were passed, including the re-election of Darren Kell, Chief Executive Officer, and John Bridge, Non-Executive Director, to the Board of Directors.
Save for the disclosures above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules regarding the appointments of Darren Kell and John Bridge to the Board of Tanfield.
