On 20 February 2026, Nakamoto Inc. (Nasdaq: NAKA) acquired 100% of the membership interests in UTXO Management GP, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. UTXO Management GP, LLC is the general partner and investment manager of 210k Capital, LP and has control over the business and discretion over the fund's portfolio. As a result of the acquisition, Nakamoto Inc. acquired indirect control of the 39,000,000 ordinary shares of The Smarter Web Company Plc held by 210k Capital, LP. There has been no change to the number of shares held by 210k Capital, LP.
