Following the above acquisition of shares, Nick Hewson holds 463,575 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Nick Hewson hold 34,950 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together therefore Nick Hewson and closely associated persons now hold a total of 498,525 Ordinary Shares in the Company
