Sutton Harbour Holdings plc (the "Group")

Preferred bidder 

The Group is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) as the preferred bidder for the regeneration and operation of a new outer harbour development at East Cowes, Isle of Wight (the "Scheme"). The Scheme includes a new outer breakwater and a marina of 300 permanent berths together with an additional 100 visitor berths.

The Group will now progress to the detailed negotiation stage of the procurement process.
