Open Offer Application Form - Erratum
It has been identified that the Application Form circulated to Qualifying Non-Crest Shareholders with the Open Offer Circular contained a typographical error in the instructions for Box 9. Shareholders wishing to apply for new Ordinary Shares under the Open Offer should calculate the sum due to be inserted in Box 9 by multiplying the number of shares applied by the Open Offer price of 29 pence. A corrected Application Form will be posted to Qualifying Non-Crest Shareholders, but shareholders may still use their existing forms provided that the Open Offer price used is 29 pence.
Qualifying Non-Crest Shareholders with any queries in this regard or needing assistance in completing the Application Form should contact Computershare on 0370 707 1326.
