St. James's Place PLC02 April 2007 St. James's Place plc ("SJP") SJP was notified on 30 March 2007 of the following changes in interests inordinary shares of 15p in SJP held by the executive Directors and PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") named below. Sale of shares The trustees of SJP's Deferred Bonus Scheme transferred shares to the executiveDirectors and PDMR's named below on 30 March 2004. These shares were held bySJP on behalf of the Directors and PDMR's for a restricted period, which endedon 30 March 2007.
