St James's Place Regulatory News (STJ)

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 2,700,741 ordinary shares of 15 pence each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

This block listing is in respect of shares to be issued under the following schemes:

1,476,433 under the SJP 2014 Performance Share Plan;

239,589 under the SJP Company Share Option Plan 2010; and

984,719 under the SJP Sharesave Option Plan 2010.

It is expected that admission will commence on 14 November 2014.
