Additional Listing
Applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 459,028 ordinary shares of 15 pence each credited as fully paid (the "Shares") in the Company, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
The Shares are being issued as part of the consideration for the purchase of one of the St. James's Place Partner businesses.
It is expected that admission will be effective on 24 May 2022. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
