Director/PDMR – shareholding
SJP announces the following changes in the holding of SJP ordinary shares held by the Executive Director, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMRs”) and Connected Person* named below.
SJP Sharesave Scheme
On 2 November 2015, the Executive Director, PDMRs and Connected Person* listed below exercised options granted to them under the SJP Sharesave Scheme on 26 September 2012 at an option price of £2.75 per ordinary share.
Column 1 sets out the number of SJP options exercised by the Executive Director and PDMRs. Column 2 sets out the number of SJP shares sold by the Executive Director and PDMRs on 2 November 2015 at £9.6046 pence per share. Column 3 sets out the number of SJP shares transferred by the PDMRs on 2 November 2015 to their Connected Persons*. Column 4 sets out the number of SJP shares sold on 2 November 2015 at £9.6046 per share by the Connected Persons*. Column 5 sets out the total number of SJP shares retained by the Executive Director, PDMRs and Connected Person*.

The Connected Person of David Lamb is Sally Lamb; the Connected Person of Mike Gravestock is Sonia Gravestock; the Connected Person of Ian MacKenzie is Janet Anderson-MacKenzie; and the Connected Person of Iain Rayner is Louise Rayner.
(ii) The interests of the Directors and PDMRs include deferred bonus scheme awards held in trust for the Directors and PDMRs which have not yet vested and are subject to forfeiture.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
With the exception of the changes notified in this announcement, the Executive Directors’ and PDMRs’ shareholdings in SJP are unchanged.
