St James's Place plc - Additional Listing

Applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 388,783 ordinary shares of 15 pence each credited as fully paid (the "Shares") in St James's Place plc (the "Company"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Shares will be issued to satisfy certain consideration due under the terms of the acquisition of the Rowan Dartington Group by the Company in March 2016.

It is expected that admission will be effective on 8 March 2019. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
