We hereby notify you that on 14 January 2007, following acquisitions, CreditSuisse Securities (Europe) Limited ("CSSEL") held an interest in 9,020,071shares, being equivalent to approximately 11.36% of the issued share capital ofthe Company. Those Credit Suisse companies which are direct or indirect holding companies ofCSSEL are, under the terms of section 203 of the Act, each interested byattribution in any shares in which CSSEL is interested.
