Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing shares tobe admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission of the New OrdinaryShares under the Placing will become effective and that dealings will commenceon AIM at 8.00 am on 8 August 2005. The Acquisition will complete as soon aspracticable thereafter.
