Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 4 April 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, sold and repurchased 118,240 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.3416 per Ordinary Share due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.
The Company has also been notified that between 4 and 6 April 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of £0.3738 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 30,547,306 Ordinary Shares.
