Completion of Debt Refinancing

Staffline, the recruitment and training group, is pleased to confirm that following receipt of the proceeds of the Fundraise, the Debt Refinancing has completed. The new £90m receivables finance facility, plus £15m accordion option is being provided by RBS Invoice Finance Limited, ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance N.V., UK Branch and Leumi ABL Limited.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given in the Company's announcement of 21 May 2021.
