STAFFLINE GROUP PLC

HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

The Company was notified on 2 March 2011 that ISIS Equity Partners LLP has, on behalf of its limited partnership clients, sold 4,174,791 ordinary shares in the Company representing 18.44% of the issued share capital. The shares were placed with a combination of new and existing institutional investors. 

ISIS originally invested in 2000 and has supported Staffline in its revenue growth from £37.4 million in 2001 to over £206 million in 2010. ISIS also manages Baronsmead VCT plc and Baronsmead VCT2 plc which together continue to hold 1,917,584 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.46% of the issued share capital.

Commenting on the placing, Andy Hogarth, Chairman and Chief Executive, said:
