Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has been notified that Shaun Brittain, Executive Director, has exercised a total of 18,200 options pursuant to an employee share option scheme at an average price of £1.16 per Share and has sold such Shares at a price of £2.06 per Share. As a result Shaun Brittain's holding remains unchanged at 200,000 Shares, representing 0.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
