CODASciSys PLC30 March 2005 CODASciSys plc Board Changes CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys", stock code: CSY), the IT software and servicesprovider has today announced that John Haynes will be stepping down as a BoardDirector and leaving the Group on 29 April 2005. Haynes, aged 55, currently CEO of the SciSys Division joined the CODASciSysGroup (then Science Systems) in 1983. He was appointed Managing Director ofScience Systems (Space) Limited in 1992 and has served as a board member for 13years. Mark Hampson will assume responsibility as SciSys CEO with immediate effect.Hampson joined SciSys in 1987, and has risen to his current role of OperationsDirector for the SciSys Division. He was chosen for the role of CEO, followingan assessment process that incorporated internal and external considerations.
