The Company announces that, on 21 July 2020 it granted options over a total of 1,874,402 ordinary shares to employees under its all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of £11.07 per ordinary share.
This included the grant of options to the Director/PDMR set out in the table below. This disclosure is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, and provides further details on the number of options granted under the Scheme on 21 July 2020.
