Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company was notified on 8 June 2026 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the provider of the all-employee Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that it purchased ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company on 5 June 2026 on behalf of, and awarded matching shares to, the following Directors/PDMRs.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").
