Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each under the Serco Group plc Save As You Earn Plan.
When issued, these ordinary shares shall rank equally in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29 November 2023.
