Transactions in own shares

Serco Group plc (the 'Company') announces the purchase of 32,986 ordinary shares of 2 pence each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 13 April 2022.

The Company intends to hold all of the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Since the announcement of the share buy-back programme on 24 February 2022 (the 'Programme'), the Company has purchased a total of 7,436,441 Ordinary Shares.

Following the transactions referred to in this announcement, the Company holds 7,436,441 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 1,210,572,347 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will be 1,210,572,347 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
