Board Appointment

Sirius Real Estate Limited ("Sirius") is pleased to announce the appointment of Wessel Hamman as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Wessel Hamman is a partner and Chief Executive of Clearance Capital LLP, a specialist European real estate securities investor and advisor to the Karoo Investment Fund S.C.A. SICAV-SIF. Wessel is a Chartered Accountant by training and spent 11 years in the investment banking industry before co-founding Clearance Capital in 2008.
