MeDaVinci plc ("MeDaVinci" or the "Company") Subsidiary Placed into Bankruptcy Proceedings
MeDaVinci (AIM:MVC.L), the investment Company focussed on technologies, products and services in the health and wellness markets, announces that Demecal Europe B.V. in which it has a 30% shareholding has been placed into bankruptcy proceedings by the Dutch courts.
