Solid State plc("Solid State" or the "Company")(AIM: SOLI)Grant of options
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed supplier of specialist industrial/ruggedised computers, electronic components, advanced antenna products, communications systems and battery power solutions to the electronics market, announces options have been granted to each of the following directors (who currently have no outstanding options) under the Company's Long Term Incentivisation Plan, as follows:

The Options are subject to performance criteria determined by the Remuneration Committee linked to the pre tax profit performance of the Group in each year of a three year vesting period from 1st April 2017.
