The Board of Directors of SolGold (LSE & TSX: SOLG) advises all shareholders and interested investors that the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 20 December 2023 at the offices of Corrs Chambers Westgarth, located at Level 42, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia at 9:00 pm (Brisbane, Australia time), 11:00 am (London time), 6:00 am (Toronto time).

The Notice of AGM and Information Circular, the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and related documents are available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and on the SolGold website at https://solgold.com.au/investors/ and are being sent to registered shareholders.
