Director Shareholding

StatPro Group plc (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, announces that it has received notification that Justin Wheatley, Chief Executive of the Company, yesterday purchased 95,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of his SIPP at a price of 63 pence per share. 

In addition, Mr Wheatley sold 95,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 62.95p per share from his personal holding.

Following this transaction, Mr. Wheatley's total beneficial holding in the Company remains 7,101,219 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.91% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
