Issue of shares

The Company announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of 42,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') following the exercise of share options by Andrew Fabian, Finance Director at an exercise price of 60p per share under the Company's Approved share option scheme.

The Company was informed today that the SIPP of Andrew Fabian purchased today 42,000 Ordinary Shares at 85.58p per Ordinary Share. In addition, Andrew Fabian sold today 42,000 Ordinary Shares at 85.5p per share from his own holdings following the exercise of Options noted above.

Following these transactions Andrew Fabian increased his overall beneficial holdings by 42,000 Ordinary Shares and is interested in 249,795 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and options over 140,000 Ordinary Shares.

The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 15 June 2012. 

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 61,419,037 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and the Company holds 225,000 shares in treasury. This figure of 61,419,037 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
