Additional Listing/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has allotted and issued 119,358 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by Neil Smyth, a PDMR, pursuant to the Company's approved and unapproved share option schemes. The Company has made application for the 119,358 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur on 28 June 2018.
Following Admission, the Company shall have 68,833,650 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 3,058,713 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The Company will therefore have 65,774,937 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights, and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
