2022 Annual General Meeting
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Senior plc will be held for the first time as a hybrid physical and electronic meeting (providing shareholders with the opportunity to participate in person or virtually) and is to be held and broadcast from Ironmongers' Hall, Off Shaftesbury Place, Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London EC2Y 8AA on Thursday 21 April 2022 at 11.30 am. The Board attaches great importance to the AGM, as it provides shareholders a forum to hear directly from the Board on how the Company is progressing and to ask questions to the Directors. In addition to providing shareholders with the opportunity to participate remotely in the AGM, the Company encourages shareholders to submit any questions on the business of the AGM by emailing companysecretary@seniorplc.com.
All shareholders are recommended to vote by proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting and the accompanying Proxy Form. Voting at the AGM will be on a poll, reflecting all proxy voting instructions duly received.
