NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc granted to them on 5 May 2023 under the terms of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave").
All shares from the exercise of options have been retained by the below PDMRs. The exercise of options was satisfied using shares held by Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of Senior Plc Employee Benefit Trust.
