The Company is pleased to announce that Lord Nicholas Fairfax, a non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 28,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Lord Fairfax holds 239,757 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.22% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
