Transaction with Affiliate Company
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC"), on October 31, 2023, announced that its Board of Directors ("BOD") has authorized the following related-party transaction with an affiliated company.
1. Real estate lease agreement

2. Transaction with Samsung Display Co., Ltd
